Anywhom, I wanted to do a very short 'review' on the movie Fireproof and the series by Robin Jones Gunn, The Christy Miller Series. 1st, I just saw Fireproof today, and must say WHOA! Was not expecting it to be that awesome! So powerful, touching, cute, romantic, well sorta romantic, and just overall amazing! The was her husband ended up fighting for her. And after watching it, it made me want to become a firefighter! No, seriously! I'm praying about that one.
My dreams are always changing, or also, improving. See, first, I always wanted to be a Veterinarian. Then a Marine Biologist, then a photographer, then a teacher, then a Scientist, and now a Firefighter. Who knows?
Well, I guess God does. But my most deepest and biggest desire is to be a wife and a mother. I was wondering how I can do that, and be a firefighter. I have even been wondering if I really want to attend college. Of course if I want to be all those other things, I'd have to. But I really desire to be a stay at home mom homeschooling her kids. Do you need to go to college to do that?
The Christy Miller Series review
I finished 3 of Robins books in 4 days. Of course they are rather short chapter books, but I really got into it. Last night (and I am very ashamed of this) I was up till 2 in the morning reading. I guess I started at 10:00 and ended up reading till 2! Man, I was surprised, I wasn't at all tired. But anyway, The books are so great! I can't believe how much the main character, Christy, and I are alike. It's scary.
No, it's awesome! I HIGHLY recommend the series. I got them from Focus on the family and can't stop reading them. There are 12 books in all, and then it continues on to 3 more different books when she's in college. There are other series' as well.
The book is about learning how to deal with life, emotions with guys, both godly, and semi-ungodly (is that possible?) and friends. It is seriously worth it! You can go right here to read a summary about the love story that goes on between Christy and Todd!! Its so cute!
Well, it's already 11:50 p.m. and this little night owl (yes, cliche I know) needs her sleep. Don't want any repeats of last nights almost all nighter. I seriously thought...... "What's the point of this? I might as well read my way through 7 am." !!

I work at a photography studio in a historical part of town. It's small, but has a lot of clients. My job is sorting the pictures all of the photographers take, packaging, frame pictures...stuff like that. The second week has been better than the first since I have learned a lot and remembered it. LOL. This job is great! At first I didn't like it very much, and one co-worker isn't very nice...but I do like it now (even if that one person still isn't very nice). :)
