{Ramblings of a wannabe reader}

Today I actually followed up on the descriptions I always thought were the perfect day.
So I cleaned up and put on my best and most flowy skirt.

Earlier, I thought I'd dust my grandmas bookshelf, and I found a book I had been wanting to read and didn't even know she owned : Anne of Green Gables

I was so excited! Anyway, I went outside and sat on the porch (she lives in the mountains, and I currently reside there) and read. Yes it was very hard, because sometimes when I'm there I like to watch T.V. But I did it, I turned of the television and headed for the door.

Then, I covered myself with my long skirt. All I heard was birds and felt the wind. It was nice. That was supposed to be the 'perfect' day I had dreamt of.

 I couldn't get myself into the book because thoughts of the day wouldn't leave me alone.

So I gave in and went inside. I realize I need discipline on so many levels.

Since {we} live in the mountains, Internet isn't that great. I mean, really. It is annoyingly slow, but hey, Internet is Internet I suppose. {The word "suppose" has been the word I'd been using ALL week. It's annoying.}

Last night me and grama stayed up til midnight talking about stories of the Bible. I guess we got carried away talking when it was 10:00!

She has a nice "library" all over the house. Ever since I was little, that 'library ' was just apart of the house, I didn't think anything of it.
But now that I'm getting older, and now that I'm staying w/ her more often, I admire it a lot.

She saw me snooping, and she told me some of the books she recommended. As we lay in her warm COMFORTABLE bed, I enjoyed listening on more of her stories.

I love grama so much. Her homemade tortillas and beans, and red chili are to die for! And I'm glad to be here. I was thinking of getting a job here. But I'm sorta scared of getting my 1st job. That thought makes me ill

Well, just thought I'd ramble a bit before I head to youth group.
Thanks for readin'!

I was a little scared about getting my first job too, but after I actually had my first interview and the first step was done... I wasn't so scared anymore. Now I am entering into day five at my new/first job, and am very happy I am there!
If you decide to get a job, just pray that God opens the right door at the right time for you!
Your grandma sounds like a very lovely person!:)
Blessings!
