Today I'm loving...

-Waking up to a warm living room.
-The book of Proverbs. "The LORD has prepared everything for His purpose." (Prov. 16:4)
-My Grammys food. I usually spend my time here in the living room reading, writing, watching T.V. or being on the computer, & for every meal, I see her walking up the 3 steps with a tray in her hand & food. "In Jesus' Name," she'll say. Oh, I love that.
-Psalm 23
-The first snowfall! It was glorious.
-A grandma who cares; who loves; who prays. I've been so depressed today & God is so good to give her to me.
-Walks outside.
-Christmas preparations
-Real live history lesson. (a.k.a. stories from grandparents'!)
-A merciful God!! Oh, no matter what, He is so forgiving.
-Laughing at grams dancing!
-Finding a new toothbrush when I had forgot mine =)
-Late nights talking with grammy. Every time we would say, "Okay, I'm tired. I'm going to bed," we would somehow begin a new subject & end up talking & talking.

This day started horribly for me. I was so bored & depressed. Just being down. I guess I had absent mindedly read that above verse from Proverbs this morning. But when I read the 1st part of the chapter again before writing this post, I noticed verse 4 & NEW this was all in His perfect plan!
It was so crazy because while I was all sad & stuff, I remembered Psalm 23 that I had memorized last night & it gave me comfort.
Then Grammy started talking to me & praying with me.
And later, as she & my grandpa talked about their life,
I was brought so much joy! It was incredible!
He answers prayer!
I realized, that, had I not gone through this valley,
I may not have heard all my grandma had to say.
I wouldn't have been healed of this.

God new what was going to happen all along! He always does this to me! And it's such an adventure.
Even when I beat myself up today about not "doing more things for Christ", I now look back & say Hallelujah! Christ is so good to teach me all of this.
See, no matter where you're at, God has a purpose for it all.
"The LORD has prepared everything for His purpose[!]"

Today I'm loving your comment! And your music. I walked down the aisle to Divine Romance by Phil Wickham on my wedding day.
