Faith is the Bird that sings when the dawn is still dark..

This is one of my favorite quotes. Why? Because it tells me that we are to be like that bird of great faith.
When the the dawn turns to dark, that bird just keeps on singing. When it passes the fog, when it goes through the rain, it just keeps on singing. Because it has great faith.

Like us, the bird will have some bad days. But the difference between those (us) with little Faith and those birds with big faith, it that the bird will see past the fog and bad days. Whether its a big bird or small, or a strong one or weak, his faith in God is true.

Those things the bird passes through represent OUR difficulties.
Do we want to quit "singing" when our dawn turns to dark? Think about it. We often worry for things and then wonder why that happened.
With Faith, we don't really need to wonder, but we know we can trust God with whatever happened.
I know that I want to keep on "singing" when its dark in my world no matter what.

It's important we see that Faith should produce some sort of action, because we know that Faith without works is dead (see James 2:17).
I read that if we're worrying all the time and not trusting God, we'll never experience HIS peace and joy.
Remember: God is writing out your plan. He wants to fulfill your dreams and your most precious desires. Trust Him.

I struggle with this like most do, but actually experiencing it brings me closer to what I know I must do, and that is: Having great Faith in our Savior.
