The last 2 weeks have been such an adventure!
I love it here!
Apart from the beautiful campus, I am loving the incredible worship, the amazing friendships, the godly atmosphere. Oh, man, it's so great! I'll be walking to the prayer room at night & there will be 2 guys who are just praying over each other! These people love the Lord so much.
This morning I sat under a huge shady tree, which I like to think of mine & God's tree because He sits with me every single time I'm there. The wind was blowing wildly as I thought of God's mighty power.
How do I explain everything that's happened in one post?
Well, here's a little about what's been going on:
Basically the interns here (that's me!) are put into a certain ministry placement. Some will work in the kitchen, facilities, financial stuff, creative media, Global Expeditions call center or the Acquire The Fire call center, & other things. I got placed in the Acquire the Fire call center.
It's scary! We've been training how to call youth pastors to try & get them & their youth groups to attend Acquire The Fire in their area. The cool thing is, I'll get the opportunity to actually attend WITH them! There's one in Canada I'm hopin I'll get to go to!
It's hard but I love it still.
Apart from that, we have classes we take, like Character Development & stuff like that.
Oh my goodness I have some news!
Ok, so somehow I auditioned for the School of Worship! I say somehow b/c only the Lord could've given me the courage to do something like that...& I made it!
We have this thing room called the prayer room, & they'll place me in a band & I'll be singing in the prayer room!! Ahh!!

So that's a little about what's been going on!
Please coninue to pray for me! I have to raise a lot of money every single month (about $800 a mo) to be here!

Oh! I'm SO excited for ya!!! I've been praying dear sis...& wondering how you're faring! I knew - yes, knew - that God had amazing plans for you & now you're really & truly living the adventure. You stepped out on faith & God is meeting you there on the wobbly branches of true living! I love you TONS! I can't wait to hear more! You are in my prayers! I wish I was there with you!!!
